The test strip is composed of a sample pad, a conjugate pad containing fluorescent latex particles coated with β2-MG monoclonal antibody I (with an antibody coating of no less than 0.2ug per test), a nitrocellulose membrane (with the detection zone coated with β2-MG monoclonal antibody II (0.8ug per test) as the capture antibody, and the control zone coated with goat anti-mouse IgG antibody (0.8ug per test)), an absorbent pad, and a PVC backing. The kit also includes a sample diluent (400ul ×25 tubes/10ml×1 bottle) made up of phosphate (10mmol/L), surfactant (Tween-20, 3‰), and other components, with a pH of 7.4±0.2.
